With human rights observers and foreign media banned from working in West Papua, a ‘forgotten conflict’ of what some Papuans term ‘Indonesian occupation’ has been off the international radar. During decades Papuan protest musicians have been oppressed, censored and even killed in this conflict, reported Clara Moksha in the report.
