The homeless in the back lane, hidden by shadows and shrouded by societal apathy.

There were attempts at improving the quality of life of marginalized communities. That was in the past. Nowadays social welfare is buried under the suffocating weight of bureaucracy, and the realm torn by the deeply-divided political landscape while the ruling military lords appear ignorant, or perhaps they just don’t care.
